Jo Ann Rothfelder of counsel with Bode & Werner, PLLC, and has been practicing oil and gas law since 1981.
Jo Ann graduated from the University of Texas in 1976 with a degree in journalism and earned a JD from the University of Houston in 1979 where she was an editor on the law review.
Jo Ann was an associate with Woods, Aston, Harmon & Clark and subsequently worked in the oil and gas section at Jackson & Walker. She is a member of several professional associations, including the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section, State Bar of Texas, and the Houston Bar Association.
